Step 1

Complete my quick and easy Request Quote form to describe your writing project, indicate your deadline, and upload your document or email your document to cindy@ProofPositivePapers.com.
While I accept most popular file types (including PDF), Microsoft Word is the preferred format, enabling me to use the “Track Changes” feature. I will immediately review your file, analyze its content, and email you a firm estimate of the cost. I’ll also commit to a project deadline.
Step 2
Proofread and EditProofread and Edit
If you approve the estimate, I request a 50-percent upfront payment. You can pay this via credit card on the Payment page of my website.
Using Microsoft Word’s “Track Changes” feature to mark all insertions and deletions and to add my comments and suggestions, I set to work to detect and correct the complete range of proofreading and light copyediting issues in your publication: typos, misspellings, punctuation, faulty grammar, clarity issues, sentence/paragraph structure, transitions, word choice, verb tenses, and more.
Step 3
DeliverDeliver
On or before your deadline, I’ll return your file to you (by email) with marked-up revisions to your text. At that time, you make your second-half payment through the Payment page of my website.
You can see my edits through Microsoft Word’s “Track Changes.” This powerful feature uses colored type, strike-through, and underlining to clearly show you (on-screen or in a printout) my recommended edits. Using a right-click, you can accept or reject edits as you see fit.
